Work ethics are ways in which you conduct yourself in a professional environment.
Your attitude, behaviour and
how well you work with/get on with the people you work with
can affect your career and
how people see you as a person and a worker. It
stems from your own personal ethics and the way which you behave. A
trustworthy, reliable, loyal, self-disciplined and self-motivated
employee is
looked upon as a good employee. People with good work ethics are
normally hard working,
conscientious and do a good job.
