Ethics

Work ethics are ways in which you conduct yourself in a professional environment. Your attitude, behaviour and how well you work with/get on with the people you work with can affect your career and how people see you as a person and a worker. It stems from your own personal ethics and the way which you behave. A trustworthy, reliable, loyal, self-disciplined and self-motivated employee is looked upon as a good employee. People with good work ethics are normally hard working, conscientious and do a good job.
